Job summary

MarketOnce is seeking a Research Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of market research projects from kickoff to invoicing. You will field client updates, coordinate with internal teams and ensure deliverables meet quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Based onsite in Boston, you will manage multiple projects, lead client calls, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timelines and budgets are respected. A 1-3 year project management background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in market research.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Team collaboration and leadership with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
