Job summary

MarketOnce is hiring a Research Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of market research projects. You will manage project flow, coordinate client communications, and work to ensure high-quality deliverables while maintaining efficiency across multiple projects.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, lead calls, and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced, onsite environment at key office locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in market research or a related industry.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Team collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall flow and execution of market research projects to meet timelines and client expectations.
• Own projects from handoff at win to invoicing, and lead client calls on process.
• Maintain daily client updates and coordinate follow-up calls.
• Ensure quality of deliverables through checks and process improvements.
