The Innovation Service Line guides clients throughout the innovation journey as they develop and launch new or improved products and services across verticals. We help clients develop the initial idea, ensure the product/service resonates with consumers, confirm prototypes deliver on consumer expectations, and finetune the full mix prior to launch. This is accomplished using services including idea screening, concept testing, product testing, price and line optimization, package testing, and volumetric forecasting.
As a Market Research Manager (internally known as Account Manager), you will manage research projects for leading companies. You will work with the team to uncover and communicate key insights, context, and actionable strategies across projects.
