Responsibilities

• Oversee Schedulers, QC Team Leads, and QC Representatives within your market.
• Lead day-to-day production operations and address issues before they become larger problems.
• Partner with QC Team Leads to resolve warranty concerns and customer issues.
• Conduct weekly Production team meetings and daily check-ins with QC Representatives.
• Ensure projects are scheduled efficiently and geographically to support QC teams.
• Work closely with Production Management, Sales, and Regional Sales Management to keep projects moving forward.
• Serve as the main point of contact for production-related issues within your market.
• Determine solutions for customer, crew, and project concerns.
• Communicate effectively with Production Management, Sales teams, and company leadership.
• Assist with the training, development, and continued growth of QC teams.
