Integrative Emergency Services (IES) seeks a Market President – Emergency Medicine for the Denver, CO region. You will lead Provider Groups, Clinical Operations, Client Relations, and Financial Performance across the market, interfacing with hospital leadership to deliver strong outcomes.

The role requires physician executive experience, ED medicine board certification, and the ability to relocate or reside in Denver. Expect ~4–6 clinical shifts monthly and strategic oversight across partners.

Qualifications

• Physician executive experience required; minimum 5 years preferred in leadership roles.
• Must hold ER medicine board certification and active state license.
• Experience with hospital partnerships and clinical operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Owns all operations for the assigned market and drives performance improvements.
• Develops and executes a strategy to monitor, evaluate, and improve patient care and experience.
• Leads KPI/KPM accountability and physician performance measures across the market.
• Oversees clinician resourcing, staffing, and workforce deployment; promote diversity.
• Fosters strong relationships with partner hospitals and maintains open communication.
