Qualifications

• Physician executive experience or equivalent with progressive responsibility.
• Strong leadership of large teams and high-performance results.
• Ability to recruit, retain, and lead diverse teams.
• Experience interfacing with hospital administrators and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operations for the assigned market and drive performance.
• Develop and promote initiatives to improve quality, service, and patient care.
• Set vision for clinician resourcing and staffing; manage capacity and deployment.
• Foster relationships with partner hospitals and maintain compliance with policies.
• Guide change, mentor market physician leaders, and ensure strategic execution.
