CarePoint is seeking an EMS Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Emergency Physician to join our growing EMS team in Denver, Colorado. This is a physician-owned group providing medical direction to multiple agencies across urban and rural Colorado.

Split role: ~80% clinical shifts in the ED and ~20% EMS leadership with opportunities for expanded EMS involvement and teaching in the new Emergency Medicine Residency program launching in 2028.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Emergency Medicine required and EMS fellowship or equivalent training.
• Strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
• Leadership experience in EMS settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Split role with ~80% clinical ED shifts and ~20% EMS leadership responsibilities.
• Develop and implement system-wide EMS protocols and frontline clinical care.
• Provide EMS medical direction across contracted and affiliated systems.
• Support teaching and curriculum development within the new residency program.
