Job summary

Insured Titles, part of Title Financial Corporation, seeks a strategic Vice President / County Manager to oversee Kalispell, Whitefish, and Bigfork operations. You will lead teams, manage budgets, drive growth, and ensure exceptional title and escrow services across the market.

The role requires 7-10 years of leadership experience, strong sales and relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel locally to support community partnerships and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of leadership, business management, or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead cross-location teams and develop talent.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, develop strategies, and drive growth.
• Licensing requirements: Montana Producer's license and Notary Public within stated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop employees across Kalispell, Whitefish, and Bigfork operations.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and mentor team members.
• Oversee daily operations for timely title, escrow, and related services.
• Develop and manage annual budgets while driving profitability and growth.
• Build and maintain customer, community, and industry relationships.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share.
