GridBeyond is seeking an energetic Trading Operations analyst to support our US NOC, helping monetize flexibility and generation across energy markets and ancillary services. You will work with the market optimization team to analyze dynamics and execute trading strategies.
Based in Austin, this Mon-Fri role covers evening peaks and offers exposure to CAISO, ERCOT, MISO and PJM, with opportunities to learn global markets while delivering reliable service to clients.

The following position will support GridBeyond’s Trading Operations (NOC) team and will help GridBeyond provide its customers with a route to market to monetize flexibility and generation in all available energy markets and ancillary services. The role involves providing support and continuity with our clients and our market optimization team, requiring successful candidates to be involved in optimization and execution of trading strategies while ensuring all customer sites are responding to grid services. Successful candidates will also be involved in development of solutions, tools and reports whilst providing ongoing analysis of markets. This is a Mon-Fri position covering the evening peaks in Texas enabling GridBeyond to cover ancillary and energy markets in CAISO, ERCOT, MISO & PJM. There will also be additional support required for Japan/Australian markets as well as Ireland and UK. This role is a great opportunity for a candidate to learn and develop understanding in how Energy markets work across the globe. The majority of the role will be US focused.
