Qualifications

- 3+ years of management experience.
- Proven history of coaching employees.
- Experience with strategic planning and improving processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
- Startup pace adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Lead local Carvana hub operations and market launch.
- Hire, onboard, and train Customer Advocates.
- Coach and develop team performance with regular feedback.
- Generate reports and present to upper management.
- Deliver cars with a stellar customer experience.
