Carvana is seeking a Team Lead, Market Operations, to run a local hub with responsibilities spanning market launch, operations, logistics, branding and team engagement. You will shape strategy, mentor Customer Advocates, and ensure smooth, high-quality customer experiences while aligning with company goals.

The role demands a strong people leader who can analyze trends, solve problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced startup-like environment with weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing team environment.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Proven history of developing and coaching employees.
• Experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and guiding teams to exceed goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be a continuous positive force within the market and build high team morale.
• Interview, onboard and train Customer Advocates; provide tools and guidance for success.
• Develop the team through feedback, performance check-ins, and goal setting.
• Recognize and reinforce accomplishments using available tools and new methods.
• Generate and monitor regular reports for upper management.
• Work alongside Advocates to deliver cars and ensure stellar customer experiences.
• Drive production in a fast-paced customer service environment and streamline market operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer and Advocate experiences.
• Address and manage complex customer-facing issues.
