Job summary

HarmonyCares is seeking a Manager – Market Operations in Irving, TX to lead the market operations team and translate strategic vision into actionable processes. You will manage multi-million-dollar P&L and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across clinical, administrative and operations teams.

The role requires a business or healthcare administration background, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a track record of driving process improvements in a value-based care setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or 3+ years of administrative management experience in health care.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L (~$5M of revenue).
• Familiarity with value-based arrangements, including shared savings and risk.
• Experience managing a team and driving collaboration across teams.
• Analytic, decisive with the ability to prioritize and communicate objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals.
• Valid and unencumbered driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of daily operations and procedures; identify roadblocks and ensure rollout of workflow changes.
• Own and drive reporting on operational performance and care management metrics for the market; review KPIs and present results.
• Collaborate with local and shared services to plan initiatives that improve clinical delivery and provider scheduling.
• Lead a market operations team handling admin functions, PTO/payroll, facilities and office management.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires and coordinate with vendors for office operations.
• Support launch of new clients through outreach, geographic analysis and coordination.
