Job summary

HarmonyCares in Michigan is seeking a Manager – Market Operations to translate strategic vision into daily operations and build the infrastructure to support growth and efficiency. This role oversees a multi-million-dollar P&L (~$5M revenue) and collaborates with clinical, administrative, and vendor teams to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or 3+ years of administrative management experience in health care.
• Experience managing a multi-million-dollar P&L (~$5M of revenue) is required.
• Familiarity with value-based care and shared savings models is preferred.
• Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of daily operations and drive workflow changes.
• Own and drive reporting on operational performance and KPIs.
• Collaborate with local and shared services to improve delivery model and scheduling.
• Lead market operations team and oversee office operations and facilities.
• Support onboarding of new hires and coordination with relevant vendors.
