Qualifications

• Exposure to value-based care delivery models and payer/provider landscape.
• Strong strategic planning and resource allocation experience.
• Proven leadership in multi-site teams and mentorship.
• Track record of implementing processes for excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement market launch plan with Growth team; hire/train Center Managers and establish core management processes.
• Provide leadership and P&L management over the market; drive financial, growth, and operational KPIs with a focus on growth and member satisfaction.
• Coordinate market leadership meetings; set financial/operational/quality goals and monitor progress.
• Provide local oversight for Market Network/Growth/Clinical Managers in alignment with corporate leaders.
• Support external market development activities such as provider and community partnerships.
