Job summary

C Spire in Oxford, MS is seeking a Market Manager to lead the retail team, drive sales performance, and elevate the customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, provide performance feedback as second-in-command of the market, and optimize scheduling and attendance using Kronos to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of business experience.
• At least one year of C Spire retail experience with a strong record of success and demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and manage store performance in a fast-paced environment.
