Qualifications

• Two years of business experience.

As a Market Manager Tier I, you will be responsible for achieving domination in sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction across your designated market. You will lead both retail and enterprise sales efforts while overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of your market. This leadership role is accountable for the development of staff, operational execution, and delivering a world‑class customer experience.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results. Cross‑train and develop staff skills, including succession planning. Hire, train, and provide performance feedback to employees as second‑in‑command of the market. Lead the sales team to achieve or exceed gross, deactivation, and net sales goals. Ensure all customers are helped in a timely manner by managing wait times using the 'all hands on deck' approach and other methods. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures as measured by exceeding Retail Audit performance standards. Manage inventory processes and ensure the store remains stocked and organized. Optimize the customer experience through strategic scheduling and management of employee attendance, occurrences, and overtime using Kronos. Oversee all back office operations to support achievement of both daily and long‑term store goals. Perform additional duties as assigned. This position is an exceptional introduction to strategic retail and market leadership, as there is plenty of room to grow and learn from outstanding individuals in the field. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays. Occasional overnight travel may be needed. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift at least 40 lbs. of material, and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a screen. *Complimentary wireless service and device available to team members in our wireless footprint.
