Staffmark Group in Metairie, LA is seeking a Market Manager to lead a staff of Recruiting Specialists and Recruiting Managers, driving service excellence and growth. You will recruit and retain the right-fit employees for client needs while seeking new clients and selling workforce solutions.

You will mentor the team, oversee budgets and profitability, and maintain client satisfaction through visits and proactive planning.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of staffing, sales and team management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Recruiting Specialists and Recruiting Managers.
• Generate new business and build client partnerships.
• Manage branch finances, budgets, billable hours, and profitability.
• Ensure client satisfaction through regular visits and service adjustments.
• Develop community relationships to raise Staffmark Group's external presence.
