• Own the market and P&L, driving year-over-year revenue and profit growth.
• Develop market strategy and business plans translating opportunities into actions.
• Hire, onboard, and develop a team; typical span of control is 5–10 employees.
• Direct client and candidate activities, coaching direct reports to drive loyalty.
