TCL is seeking a Market Development Manager in Baltimore to drive results and build relationships across the local market. You will lead sales initiatives, empower retail teams with product expertise, and execute strategies that strengthen TCL's presence in the Baltimore area.

The role is full-time with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, offering hourly pay of $25.00–$27.00, potential for a 20% quarterly bonus, medical/dental/vision/life coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, mileage and travel
