Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Market Manager of Education to lead education programs across St. Joseph's Medical Center, St. Joseph's Behavioral Health Center, and Mark Twain Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Master's in a related discipline/field is required.
• Three (3) years of education/healthcare-related experience.
• Two (2) years of work experience in a supervisory role.
• Previous direct patient care experience.
• Current state license in a clinical field in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Create and define organizational education, training and development goals based on organizational needs.
• Organize and coordinate resources to deliver education, training and development programs with current methodologies.
• Review curriculum and evaluate programs to ensure objectives are met.
• Administer the enterprise learning management system.
• Collaborate with nursing and departmental leadership to assess learning needs and design an annual educational plan.
• Supervise and coordinate site educators and subject matter experts to deliver programs.
