Job summary

Valley Baptist Medical Center in the Rio Grande Valley seeks a Market Director, Clinical Education to lead education strategy across clinical disciplines. The role partners with nursing leadership, physicians, and organizational directors to align curricula with regulatory standards and Tenet guidelines.

You will supervise educators, develop competencies, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement in patient care quality.

Qualifications

• MSN in nursing from an accredited school is required.
• 5 years of nursing experience with clinical leadership.
• Teaching and staff development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate education programs across clinical disciplines in accordance with standards.
• Lead, mentor, and coach staff; oversee evaluations and competencies.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, medical staff, and organizational leaders.
• Develop educational plans aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
• Manage resources, CEUs, and affiliated school relationships.
