Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse: AZ.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Masters degree and/or teaching experience may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, implement, and evaluate educational programs, orientations, and continuing education.
• Facilitate professional growth, skill development, and competency of staff.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop initial and ongoing competencies.
• Document education plans, attendance rosters, course evaluations, and competency tools.
