Job summary

Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Market Manager in the Greater Houston area to recruit, coach, and lead a 30-50 agent team. You will help agents close more deals by leveraging Orchard programs, training, and a supportive back-office ecosystem.

The role offers a commission-based compensation model with uncapped earnings potential, marketing support, and access to Orchard's equity opportunities and private investors.

Qualifications

• Active Texas real estate license
• Located in the Greater Houston area
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
• Proven ability to recruit and coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues (written and verbal)

Compensation Range:

This is a commission-only position. The average full-time fully ramped Market Manager earns $120k-200k+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.

We'd Love to Hear From You if You Have:

• An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and are located in the Greater Houston area
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
• A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
• Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit and coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal
