Job summary

Orchard Brokerage in Houston, TX is seeking a Market Manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of 30–50 real estate agents. You will coach agents to achieve buying and selling goals, leverage Orchard tools, and drive production with strong leadership and support from the brokerage.

Qualifications

• Active Texas real estate license is required.
• 3+ years experience as a licensed real estate agent.
• 2+ years experience managing or mentoring agents.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and coach a team of 30–50 agents in the Greater Houston area.

Compensation Range:

This is a commission-only position. The average full-time fully ramped Market Manager earns $120k-200k+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

• An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and are located in the Greater Houston area
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
• A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
• Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit and coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal
