Job summary

Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Market Manager in the Houston area to lead a high-performing team of 30-50 real estate agents. You will recruit, support, and coach agents to help clients buy and sell homes, earning a share of the team’s production and leveraging Orchard’s programs.

The role is commission-only with uncapped earnings, and includes access to exclusive tools, marketing support, and investor networks to help close more deals. An active Texas license and proven leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas real estate license and located in the Greater Houston area.
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents.
• Proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and coach a team, develop skills, and produce results.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal.

Compensation Range:

This is a commission-only position. The average full-time fully ramped Market Manager earns $120k-200k+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.
