Orchard Brokerage in Houston is seeking a Market Manager to lead a 30-50 agent team, recruiting, coaching, and supporting agents to help buyers and sellers achieve goals.

The role is commission-only with no cap on earnings, offering equity opportunities and access to Orchard tools, training, and marketing support to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Active Texas real estate license and located in the Greater Houston area.
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experience while meeting targets.

Compensation Range: This is a commission-only position. The average full-time fully ramped Market Manager earns $120k-200k+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

• An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and are located in the Greater Houston area
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
• A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
• Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit and coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal
