An Associate Market Executive assists with the day-to-day management and business growth of the market. They drive business growth and assist with the management and development of

Financial Advisors within the market, perform compliance, regulatory and administrative tasks.

An Associate Market Executive may manage a set of personal clients.

Your expertise

• Run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance
• Monitor FA and client activity, ensuring that compliance meets with regulations and manage all client issues
• Manage and resolve all escalated issues, including those that are financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR Governance risks
• May serve as Financial Advisor to personal clients while managing market responsibilities
• Develop business development strategy and implement growth plans for the market.
• Create and drive a culture of asset growth, continued Financial Advisor development and high retention within the market.
• Develop structured coaching program for FAs and establish a sustainable process to help them identify and achieve their growth and productivity needs.
• Assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of FAs and oversee conversion of transitioning FAs.
