Morgan Stanley in Newport Beach seeks an Associate Market Manager to oversee all aspects of the Market, including staff retention, risk management, and revenue growth. You will lead a high-performing team, drive client service excellence, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws while reporting to the Market Executive.

Position Summary: The Associate Market Manager plays a key role in the overall management of all aspects of the Market. Responsibilities include retaining employees, managing risk, driving revenue growth, increasing profitability, maintaining a superior and consistent level of client service, developing cohesive teams, and providing consistent leadership. The role ensures proper fiscal management, personnel management and morale, business ethics, and compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. The Associate Market Manager reports directly to the Market Executive and is expected to be goal-oriented and interested in pursuing future Branch or other management positions.
Salary range: $150,000 – $160,000 per year. Eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award and relevant business unit incentive compensation plan, which may include a discretionary bonus component.
