Responsibilities

• Model and enforce Sunbelt safety procedures among drivers.
• Hire, train, mentor, and coach staff coordinating pickups and deliveries.
• Manage team work, delegation, and safety performance.
• Coordinate dispatch to ensure on-time equipment delivery to customers or Sunbelt locations.
• Coordinate equipment transfers across the market and monitor utilization.
• Create and monitor driver schedules for optimal coverage.
• Collaborate with Dispatch Coordinators to ensure timely contract creation and closure.
• Review driver logs in compliance with company and DOT standards.
• Ensure daily truck inspections and safe, courteous driving behavior.
