Staffmark Group is hiring a Market Manager for our Baton Rouge, LA team. You will lead and support a staff of Recruiting Specialists and Hiring Managers, driving service excellence for clients by recruiting and retaining right-fit employees.

You will seek new clients, sell workforce solutions, and build long-lasting partnerships. Key competencies include ethics, thoroughness, communication, time management, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of similar experience in staffing, sales, and managing teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support a staff of Recruiting Specialists and Recruiting Managers to ensure service excellence for clients.
• Seek new clients and sell workforce solutions to meet client needs and build partnerships.
• Mentor and coach branch employees; perform Recruiting Manager duties as needed.
