WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a proven Market Leader to build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors. You will continue your own client work while recruiting and mentoring peers, fostering a high-performance culture and guiding the firm’s growth strategy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of financial services experience, active Life/Health license, and preference for FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking aproven financial advisorfor a strategicMarket Leader. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who has successfully built a personal practice and is now ready to take on a leadership position focused on both personal growth and team development.

As Market Leader, your primary focus will be onbuilding and leading a team of experienced financial advisorswho are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you’ll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm.

You’ll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history—while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.
