WealthBridge Financial Group in Indianapolis is seeking a proven Market Leader and senior financial advisor to lead a team of experienced advisors while continuing to serve your own clients.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performance culture, shaping the firm's growth with the support and brand strength of a firm with a long history.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not held).
• Leadership with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

As Market Leader, your primary focus will be onbuilding and leading a team of experienced financial advisorswho are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you’ll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm.

You’ll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history—while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice
• Active Life and Health License required

• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
