Qualifications

• Prior experience in the Southeast region industrial market with a focus on IOS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with acquisitions and asset management teams to deliver presentations, investment memos, and reporting.

The IOS Market Lead will be responsible for sourcing acquisition opportunities and leasing properties focused on Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS). The IOS Market Lead will report to the Regional SVP.
