Job summary

Manna Air Delivery is expanding its drone-delivery service within the United States. The Commercial Development Associate will engage with local vendors, landlords, and partners to prove market viability and readiness for rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor management, procurement, business development, or a sales-related role.
• Experience introducing a new service into US markets.
• Experience working with external stakeholders such as landlords, vendors, partners, or local authorities.
• Experience progressing agreements or partnerships with limited precedent or undefined playbooks.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess vendor performance.
• Strong communication skills to explain unfamiliar concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, onboard and manage local vendors from first contact to live agreement.
• Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, menus, promotions, service levels) with vendors.
• Support launch site security with local market and vendor insights; site acquisitions are handled by Operations.
• Engage decision-makers to explain service operations and address concerns.
• Set up and manage partnerships with aggregators where appropriate.
• Ensure vendors understand how the service works before customer introduction.
• Track vendor performance against KPIs and service levels; address issues proactively.
• Identify clusters of vendors in candidate cities to guide expansion into new bases.
• Support Corporate Affairs on early customer and community engagement.
