Job summary

Manna Air Delivery is expanding its drone delivery network in the United States and seeks a Commercial Development Associate to prepare new markets for launch. You will engage with local vendors, property owners, and partners to prove commercial viability and build relationships before service starts.

This role requires hands-on outreach, strong negotiation and contract management, and the ability to represent the business credibly in unfamiliar settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor management, procurement, or a sales-related role.
• Experience introducing a new service into US markets.
• Experience working with landlords, property owners, vendors, or local authorities.
• Experience progressing partnerships with little precedent or undefined playbooks.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess vendor performance.
• Strong communication skills to explain concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel regularly and spend time on the ground in new locations.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, onboard and manage local vendors from first contact through live agreements.
• Negotiate commercial terms with vendors: pricing, menus, promotions and service levels.
• Support site acquisition and engage property owners where useful.
• Engage decision-makers to explain how the service operates.
• Set up and manage partnerships with aggregators where appropriate.
• Keep vendors informed about menus, promotions and service changes.
• Track vendor performance against KPIs and address issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Legal to align vendor relationships.
• Capture learnings from early market entry to improve future expansions.
