Express Flooring is seeking a Market Operations Manager to lead day-to-day installation operations and develop a contractor network for the Sacramento market. You will oversee scheduling, dispatch, and quality control, ensuring high standards and timely delivery for residential and commercial projects.

The role requires 7+ years in operations with leadership experience, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of operations experience if no degree.
• 7+ years leading hourly/field-based or operational teams.
• Experience managing networks of contractors/service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day installation operations ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Manage installation scheduling and dispatch to meet timelines.
• Supervise Installation Coordinators for smooth execution.
• Develop and manage a contractor network with performance management.
• Conduct job-site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Respond to and resolve customer installation concerns promptly.
• Manage warranty requests and service resolutions for satisfaction.
• Recruit, onboard and develop operations team members.
• Identify op challenges and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and contractual obligations.
• Support warehouse and field logistics including inventory control.
