Job summary

Express Flooring in Seattle is seeking a Market Operations Manager to lead day-to-day installation operations, coordinating schedules, crews, and contractors to deliver high-quality work on time.

You will build and manage a reliable network of installation partners, oversee warranty and service commitments, and drive process improvements across the Seattle market to support rapid growth and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of operations experience.
• 5+ years leading hourly or field-based teams.
• Experience managing contractor networks and service partners.
• Strong leadership with accountability and performance focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day installation operations to meet standards.
• Schedule and dispatch installations to hit timelines.
• Supervise Installation Coordinators for smooth execution.
• Develop a network of installation contractors and manage performance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Resolve customer installation concerns quickly.
• Manage warranty requests and service resolutions.
• Recruit, hire, and develop operations staff.
• Identify challenges and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and contracts.
• Support warehouse logistics and inventory control (incl. load-in/out).
