Job summary

Torani is seeking a curious, collaborative insights professional to translate consumer understanding into better business decisions. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and other teams to design and field research, manage projects and external partners, analyze data, and turn findings into clear stories that support innovation and customer growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Shopper Insights, or related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel, online research tools (e.g. Attest, Cleria, Qualtrics, Quantilope, Pogo, Suzy) and data visualization tools preferred.
• Experience designing and executing qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, focus groups or interviews, and concept or product testing.
• Strong questionnaire and research design skills, with the ability to translate business questions into effective research.
• Curiosity about consumer behavior, beverage trends, and emerging foodservice and retail opportunities

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Innovation, Category, and Customer teams to understand business needs and execute consumer research.
• Design and field research, manage projects and external partners, analyze data, and turn learnings into clear stories.
