Job summary

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in the field.
Proficiency with MS Excel.
Bachelor of Business Administration / related field.
Experience in marketing / customer relationship is an asset.
Knowledge of statistical / datamining language (SAS, SPSS, VBA, Access) is an asset.
Knowledge of Web Analytics tools is an asset.
Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Process database extractions, analyze and interpret them to better advise decision-making.
Collect data to provide relevant business recommendations by interpreting data.
Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights.
Develop new methods for data collection and analysis using modern tools.
Create BI and Web Analytics reports to inform product teams and leadership.
Ensure accurate interpretation and dissemination of analysis reports.
Conduct market research to build clear recommendations adapted to the market.
Collaborate with management to implement data-driven strategies.
