Job summary

Fix Network World is seeking a Business Analyst in Fort Myers, FL to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes, develop reports, and implement solutions that align with business goals. The role emphasizes inventory management improvements and close partnership with operations and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related role.
• Experience with inventory management, supply chain coordination, or operations analytics is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process mapping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred; experience with Power Query and Power Pivot.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and clear documentation for technical and non-technical teams.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement solutions that improve business processes.
• Support project management activities, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired business states.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Document current and future state processes, workflows, and system enhancements.
• Analyze and support inventory management processes, including tracking inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and recommending improvements to optimize stock control and accuracy.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to enhance inventory systems, reporting, and forecasting to ensure efficiency and cost control.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business, employee, and operational information and ensure it is not disclosed without proper authorization.
• Lead the variable compensation process for our various performance-based compensation plans.

Requirements
