Job summary

HCA Healthcare’s Del Sol Medical Center and Las Palmas in El Paso, TX seek a Market Human Resources Manager to partner with facility leadership to drive workforce strategy, employee engagement, and culture.

This role covers two locations with travel between sites; leads talent planning, succession, and HR programs; oversees employee relations, performance management, and HR metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• This role will cover two locations: Las Palmas and Del Sol Medical Center with some travel between sites.

Responsibilities

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Human Resources Manager partners with facility leadership to drive workforce strategy, employee engagement, and culture. This role supports talent planning, employee relations, and HR program implementation in alignment with HCA Healthcare’s mission and values.
