Job Purpose

Accurately set up, maintain, and break down the Fresh Market Bar. Interact with guests, ensure the bar is stocked, clean, organized, and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the Fresh Market Bar
• Maintain a calm and inviting demeanor
• Follow prep sheets, recipes, and specifications
• Ensure high-quality, available prep items
• Stock, rotate, and ensure sanitation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and safety
• Handle equipment and supplies safely
• Work with team to enhance guest experience
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Follow cash handling policies
• Maintain valid food handler and alcohol certifications
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Report non-routine situations to management
