Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home seeks a Director of Market Operations to manage and grow assigned markets, ensuring profitability and regulatory compliance. You will develop new programs, guide staff, and lead strategic planning to meet quarterly and annual goals across branches.

The role requires strong leadership, travel as needed, and accountability for financial performance, patient care quality, and network expansion within the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or nursing preferred.
• Ability to travel; overnight stays may be necessary.
• Strong leadership skills; ability to manage, motivate and train staff.
• High EQi with personal accountability and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead implementation of National and Divisional programs that connect patients to the Integrated delivery system.
• Develop strategies to grow market share and improve network integrity and utilization.
• Provide direction and support to staff to deliver quality services.
• Develop quarterly and annual strategic plans with budget and P&L oversight.
• Ensure compliance with ACHC standards and government regulations at the market level.
• Oversee patient care services, recruitment, and policy implementation to ensure customer satisfaction.
