Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and close janitorial service accounts with new commercial customers.
• Manage local sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Partner with corporate marketing to drive local awareness and lead generation.
• Onboard new customer accounts and ensure smooth handoff to operations.
• Coach franchisees on service quality, customer satisfaction, and growth.
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular site visits.
• Support transitions of new accounts and collaborate on compliance, invoicing, and reporting.
• Track market KPIs and report performance benchmarks.
