Qualifications

• At least 4+ years as a Financial Advisor or equivalent management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Active Series 7, 8 (or 9/10), 66 (or 63/65) and 3 registrations; other licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead with positive morale and ethical practices while driving market growth.
• Build and train a cohesive Market team across the region.
• Apply product and partner knowledge to drive sales and recruit effectively.
• Manage market financials, compliance, and risk via an Annual Supervisory Plan.
• Support marketing initiatives to grow market share in high net worth clients.
