Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a sales-focused professional to lead Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) initiatives across the Texas market. You will drive store-level growth plans aligned with zone objectives and build strong retailer relationships while reporting quarterly progress to partners.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales or customer relations, proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and a valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• 3–5 years of related sales/customer relations experience.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• DOT Medical card eligibility.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) initiatives to grow the business in the market.
• Create store-level growth plans aligned with Zone objectives and review quarterly with partners.
