Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma accepted.
• 3-5 years in customer relations or sales.
• Must be 21+ and hold a valid driver’s license.
• DOT medical card required.
• English language proficiency; bilingual a plus.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead DSDE best practices to grow sales and market share.
• Establish store-level growth plans aligned with zone goals.
• Build customer relationships and review plans quarterly.
• Use data tools to drive decisions with frontline sales.
