Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking a Market Grille Clerk in Omaha, NE. You will greet customers, take orders, and ensure fresh, well-prepared items are available while keeping the grill area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Six months or less of similar or related work experience.
• Prior food service experience is a plus.
• No education requirement; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service at the Market Grille counter.
• Take customer orders and answer the telephone promptly.
• Review daily orders and prepare/replenish products as needed.
• Operate the department register, handle payments, and make change.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow safety practices.
• Assist teammates and support store operations as needed.
