Responsibilities

• Take customer orders at the Market Grille counter and answer the telephone promptly.
• Review daily orders and prepare/replenish product as needed.
• Pull product from the cooler or freezer for cooking and ensure adequate stock.
• Handle food safely and monitor freshness.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area throughout shift.
• Operate the department register and handle payments.
