Responsibilities

• Oversee training and development in the market.
• Recruit and hire management, including bench management.
• Manage P&L and asset management, covering Sales, Labor, Food & Beverage, and OMC.
• Build a fun recognition culture that models the corporate mission and culture.
• Inspect restaurants weekly at minimum to ensure compliance with standards.
• Build strong teams in the restaurant and market to deliver the promise to every guest.
• Engage in clear, consistent communication with field leadership and restaurant staff daily.
• Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, respect for individual employees, and appreciation for their efforts and contributions.
• Develop and present personalized recognition to top performers in the market.
• Provide effective training and development, supply meaningful and timely performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (people, safety, assets, cash, etc.).

Ideal Candidate

• 3‑5 years of multi‑unit experience in the QSR field with 5 years of restaurant/retail management.
• Self‑motivated and hungry for success.
• Consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and performance.
• Understanding of the power of recognition and engagement, able to create a culture of empowerment.
• Hold yourself and your team to the highest standards and maintain policies and procedures.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact easily with diverse employees.
• Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to travel occasionally; relocation is a plus but not mandatory.
